First Tuesday: In the Field at Seven Stars Farm

Join us as we continue our annual farm tour program with Seven Stars Farm in Carlton, a multi-generational family farm selling high quality, locally grown meats. Their grass finished steers are rotationally grazed on organic pasture, and their pigs are raised on a whole foods diet of delicious garden trimmings, cracked grains, alfalfa, fruits, and more! Come learn how the Russels (Eve, Dan, and Fisher) take their livestock from farm to table (or farm to food pantry) with care while also integrating conservation as a top priority in their land management practices. If we’re lucky, there might even be a chance to sample some fresh milk from Coco, the farmstead’s resident jersey cow.
