First Tuesday: In the Field w/ Willow Brook Farm

Join the Conservancy at Willow Brook Farm to learn how they grow delicious, nutrient-dense, certified organic produce in Carlton. Willow Brook Farm is a mainstay in the local agricultural scene with a creative farming model characterized by high intensity crop rotations, high quality value added goods (like their coveted cultured chile sauce), and a budding cooperative employment model. Willow Brook Farm works hard to do right by the land with energy efficient irrigation technologies, low-till cultivation practices, and native plant buffer zones around the farm providing thriving habitat for pollinators, birds, and other critters. Come learn all about it!
